The project also included the removal (blasting and hammering) of 8,500CY of ledge embedment, underground site utilities and an under-drain system, segmental retaining walls, bituminous paving for parking and entry from the main road to the new facility, installation of a fueling station, and a perimeter security fence to surround the whole facility.

The facility facade consists of metal wall panels and masonry with a structural steel shell and concrete foundation and reinforced slab. Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Suppression Systems were also included in the scope of work.
