J&J Contractors, Inc. was contracted by the United States Army Corps of Engineers for the Design and Construction of a new Armed Forces Reserve Center located in Rutland, VT.

The project included the construction of a new 63,000 SF Training Building/ Multi-purpose Classroom Building, 7,400 SF Vehicle Maintenance Building (AMSA/OMS), a 3,100 SF Unheated Vehicle Storage Building and a 1,092 SF Wash Rack.

The project also included organization parking, anti-terrorism measures and building information systems.

The project is located in a rural area in Vermont and J&J Contractors, Inc. self-performed all the site and concrete related activities.
